Flat Nasty 11/15/08 With the ’87 XJ
This was one of my first trips out in the ’87 XJ, and it was also my first trip to Flat Nasty Off Road. Sadly, I didn’t get to see much of the park during this trip as I managed to stuff the fan into the radiator early in the day which ended my fun on the trails. Colorado – Utah in a borrowed TJ 2010
Riding high on our success of the 2009 Colorado trip, we were amped up to head out west again in 2010. But our plans were nearly ruined when I was unable to obtain a suitable 4×4 to take out west (the Cherokee market dried up, thanks Cash for Clunkers!). But all was not lost due to an offer from a very generous friend. We were able to make the trek out west in his essentially stock (save for 30” tires)…
