23rd ORT in The Lone Ranger – Moonlight Racing 3-15-14

It’s been way too long since I’ve had the chance to go out and play (9/13 was the last outing). Kiddo is taking up quite a bit of time so the truck doesn’t see much in the way of play time anymore. But hey, It was nice to get out into the woods again! When was the last time you saw a Mercury Wagon on the road? We showed up with a huge crowd and wound up splitting off into…

21st ORT in The Lone Ranger – Interlake 9-21-13

The following day, we covered about 10 ¾ miles mostly consisting of trails 5, 14, 4, and proving grounds with a few other sights mixed in for good measure. A little larger group…

19th ORT in The Lone Ranger – Turkey Bay 7-27-13

We made the trek down to the hotel room north of LBL via lots of back roads, and very minimal highway driving: Saturday morning, we met up with XFactor (‘yota) at Mrs. Scarlett’s restaurant next to the hotel. With full bellies, the group loaded up and continued down through the LBL area to Turkey Bay: At the park, we met up with the rest of the group. I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous as this was the largest…
