    Small Rolling Tool Tray Update

    After using the small rolling tool tray, it became apparent that I chose poorly for the casters. The original plastic ones were much too soft and would often pick up ‘junk’ laying on the ground. This would cause the thing to not roll very well which irked me greatly.     Oh Canada! 2013 Trip – Tuesday’s Gone Again

    Not much happened on this day as it was just a travel day for us. Since Highway 1 was still closed due to washed out bridges, our 1.5 hour trip back to Calgary turned into a 5.5 hour round about trip back across unknown roads to get us to the airport.     Oh Canada! 2013 Trip – Monday!

    Monday morning we were thwarted every which way we turned to try to get to see some good sunrise photos. The roads (and most of the town) of Banff were still heavily flooded which cut off our likely paths of travel to the good view points. But we made the best of it, the sleep town of Banff down below:

    The Mighty Merc – HP60 and 14 Bolt Refresh

    These are some of the ‘jewels’ of this build. While likely overkill for what I’ll wind up doing with this rig, I at least won’t have to worry (much) about something failing in one of them. The Dana 60 is a leftover from the Ranger part out. It had about 50,000 miles put on it since it was installed in that truck.
